Nathan McArthur
Nathan has worked in construction for more than a decade, with early experience in commercial paving, high-end remodeling, and framing. He graduated from Utah Valley University in 2005 with a degree in Construction Management, then worked as a superintendent overseeing multiple home builds at once, including townhome projects in West Jordan and Saratoga Springs.
Nathan has been building Pine Canyon Homes since 2007.
Nathan is a husband and father of three. Being a dad has shaped how he approaches this work — not just building houses, but creating homes where families genuinely enjoy spending time together.
Seth Criddle
Seth joined Pine Canyon Homes after gaining experience across several areas of construction and business, including flooring, carpentry, and property management. His hands-on experience in the construction industry has given him an understanding of both the building process and the importance of working closely with homeowners throughout a project.
Today, Seth works with Nathan to oversee basement-finishing projects from the initial planning stages through completion. He works closely with homeowners and the construction team to keep projects organized, on schedule, and up to Pine Canyon's standards.
Seth is currently completing his degree in Finance at Utah Valley University. Outside of work, he enjoys woodworking, playing guitar, fly fishing, and spending time with his wife and family.
