Daniel McArthur
Dan has spent 20 years in the construction industry, working his way through high school and college as a painter, framer, insulator, and finish carpenter before earning his degree in Construction Management from Brigham Young University in 1994.
He went on to gain experience across some of Utah's top builders — as an assistant superintendent on high-end custom homes, a superintendent and warranty specialist with one of the nation's largest home builders, a project manager overseeing design and plan pricing, and a superintendent on high-end custom homes at Ivory Homes. Across those roles, Dan has supervised the construction of more than 500 homes.
Outside of work, Dan spends his time with his wife and five children, camping, skiing, and boating together.
Nathan McArthur
Nathan has worked in construction for more than a decade, with early experience in commercial paving, high-end remodeling, and framing. He graduated from Utah Valley University in 2005 with a degree in Construction Management, then worked as a superintendent overseeing multiple home builds at once, including townhome projects in West Jordan and Saratoga Springs.
In 2007, Nathan partnered with his brother Dan to start Pine Canyon Homes.
Nathan is a husband and father of three. Being a dad has shaped how he approaches this work — not just building houses, but creating homes where families genuinely enjoy spending time together.
